In this module, we have detailed practical techniques to understand the best ways to hire employees, how and when to train them, and the importance of keeping them updated to changes in the market and technology. We learned:

  • How to set targets and appraise employees in a fair and effective way.
  • The importance of having a motivated and engaged team, and how to achieve that.
  • And finally, we learned how to ease the exiting of an employee.

Many jobs are now remote, with people working from home. These work-from-home roles are now a big share of the jobs offered and performed, irrespective of where the job is performed. The above principles apply equally.
